Trudy Lloyd founder and Managing Director of Anatellô innovation and growth consultancy

Trudy Lloyd is the founder and Managing Director of Anatellô.

Trudy has extensive experience in innovation and growth, having consulted in the field for over ten years. She was a partner at the Synectics Innovation Consultancy for five years.

Prior to that she held senior roles in Ranks Hovis Mcdougall and Allied Domecq - where she was Brands Director.

Client companies Trudy has helped include LloydsTSB, Coca Cola, Astrazeneca, Nestle, Sainsburys, Marks and Spencers, Philips, KCI, Ingredion formerly National Starch, Firmenich, BT, Barclays, Aviva and GE Healthcare.

Trudy is an honours graduate in Chinese and holds an MBA from Cranfield University School of Management. Her studies included an original research project into “Enabling Creativity and Innovation in Organisations.”

Trudy is a Triz practitioner, NLP master practitioner, Clean Language facilitator, qualified business coach and Chartered Marketer. Recent speaking engagements include World Food Technology and Innovation Forum, Scottish Food and Drink, Women in Finance and Banking, University of Ulster Office of Innovation and Enterprise. UK Technology and Innovation Forum. She has also been a guest lecturer on innovation to MBA students at Cranfield University.

In her spare time Trudy enjoys salsa, yoga and listening to Motown, soul and disco!

Emma Luten. Senior Consultant.

Emma brings a wealth of experience to her facilitation and training assignments. 

Emma is one of the pioneers in the field of business creativity and innovation. With her strong passion for different cultures she works with multinational clients all over the world. Her personal style and actions are catalytic: driving people and organizations to stretch their potential and to increase their problem solving and idea generation skills. She has led projects with Coca-Cola, Canon, ENI, Glaxo, Mars, Nato, Dutch Police, Dutch Navy, Nestle, Shell, BAT, Unilever, and KPMG.

Most of her assignments deal with innovation and the management of change, coaching managers for better performance, brand and product development and collaborative innovation (exploration and development of joint project partnerships)

Emma  graduated in social psychology with a specialization in group dynamics and mass communication (Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam) and then worked as a freelance management consultant. In 1985 she joined Synectics Inc. and opened their office in Amsterdam.  

Dennis Pannozzo. Senior Consultant

Dennis is a growth and innovation advisor, with B2B and B2C cross-sector experience, and specific expertise in financial services and utilities.

With over twenty years of experience gained at GE Capital, Lloyds TSB and as a Partner at innovation consultancy Edengene, he has expertise in creating and implementing differentiated growth strategies, ventures, propositions and new products and services for leading organisations.

In addition, he works extensively with companies to establish sustainable innovation capabilities, from designing innovation processes and structures to developing employee talent and culture. He has led employee-led innovation programmes whilst working in industry and currently advises companies on best practice innovation.

His clients have included Symantec, Lloyds Bank, Barclays, Bank of Scotland, Standard Life, Tesco, AXA, British Gas, E.ON, and United Utilities.

Dennis holds an MBA from INSEAD.
